Changed from old 02 Unlimited PAYG to £5 Big Bundle

Hi, my mum has been on an old o2 Unlimited o2 texts and calls only PAYG tariff for years now that she doesn't top up or use so we decided to change her tariff to the £5 Big Bundle which was easy to do online. Received both text and email confirmation that she could start using it from today so I went to top up to activate it. The thing is that when I look at her tariff on myo2, it still says her tariff is her old o2 Unlimited tariff and I don't want to top up and end up activating her old o2 to o2 only tariff so I just wanted to know if I'm just being really thick and worrying for nothing and it'll activate the £5 big bundle once I top up or will it activate her old tariff?

You need to top up to activate the change Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) 

If you have any problems, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
