I want to change from a £15 per month bundle to payg only

There is no payg only with O2 anymore.

If you want O2 network you need to look at Tesco mobile or giffgaff.

A cheaper alternative here https://www.1pmobile.com/

Restart after using my allowance

Close account

Inheriting account/phonenumber from parent

Money taken yet phone not topped up!
