Hi I by now a new sim and I by a top up 30 ponds I want a big bundle 30 ponds but is coming automatic bundle 15 pounds I want change

You must have bought a £15 PAYG sim

To change::

If you're already on Pay As You Go, text the following free to 21300:

• 10DATABB for the £10 tariff
• 15DATABB for the £15 tariff
• 20DATABB for the £20 tariff
• 30DATABB for the £30 tariff
