Can I change from my pay monthly tariff to a payg ? Since finishing work my usage has gone right down and I’m nowhere near using the data minutes or texts on my monthly tariff

You should definitely be able to keep your number but if you are in contract there may be early termination fees for ending in middle. Call 4445 to speak with customer care
