I’m trying to change my second phone from Pay&Go to £5 Big Bundle but the confirm button at the end of the process remains greyed out. Any ideas why?

@almaca60

The £5 bundle is now only available by invitation from O2.

Unless this has been offered to you via text message you won't be able to get it.

Pay As You Go SIM Cards & Deals | Double Data Deal (o2.co.uk)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

Why is this? It is an old basic phone so no data requirement.

O2 saw fit to withdraw the tariff. No idea why, sorry.

@almaca60 If it a basic phone then you may be better off with another provider.

£5 Big Bundle could cost you £60 a year where another provider I know would cost you £30

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It’s still showing as an option, and I’m on it for my own phone.

Can you tell me who the other supplier is? We can only access O2, EE and Vodaphone where we live so it would need to be one of these?
