Change from top up to a big bundle - credit remaining transferred?

Hi - I'm swapping from a top up to a monthly payment big bundle.  What happens to any credit left on the top up account?  Can it be transferred to the big bundle account?

Yes your credit should be passed over to new account. Just ask customer service on 4445
