You need to call customer services to do that kind of tariff change http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @DaveH

Reboot your phone. If that doesnt work then give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

and ask them to change your tariff.

You can upgrade to a contract online but not via the upgrade button. You could at one time but it's probably broken along with many other services.

@DaveH If you're wanting to move from Pay & Go to Pay Monthly you will probably have to pass a credit check, which you cannot do using the method you want to use.
