Carphone Warehouse £10 top-up

Anonymous
Not applicable

Afternoon, I bought a payg phone from Carphone Warehouse and had to buy a £10 02 sim card with it. I have put the sim card in the phone but the credit hasnt been added. I couldnt see anything on the receipt and assumed that the £10 would already be on the sim as the cashier seemed to scan the barcode on the pack. Can anyone advise if that is correct or i should have had a voucher. Thanks

The £10 will have bought a big bundle of call, text and data allowances.
The money is taken to buy those.

if you dial *#10# it will give you your allowances.

Hi @Anonymous Your first top up on PAYG should always be by voucher See here ..Scroll down to PAYG

I would speak to CPW if they took £10 credit and it's not showing...
