Why cant make a top up from my o2 app?

Hi @Molina , welcome to our community! Sorry to hear you had top-up issues yesterday. Did you manage to get this resolved since you last posted? Any help from the above guide or from customer service? Let us know if you get stuck and need any additional help at any point.

The problem continues, I have tried from my app, from the internet, from 4444 and from the other phone number and it says that it could not be done. What's going on?
