Cannot make/receive calls and send text while in Poland. Data works. PAYG Big Bundle.

Hello.

I am on vacation in Poland and I'm unable to call or text anyone and nobody is able to call me.

My 4g data works well so the only way to communicate is via 3rd party apps.

Whenever I try calling or someone tries to call me, we always hear "This service is not available for your number".

However, EU roaming was expected to work as normal for PAYG Big Bundles.

Tried manually select networks - out of 4 only Orange connects at all.

Tried restarting the phone multiple times.

Tried a different, much newer phone.

None of these solved the problem.

Please, help.

You will need to call o2, using skype on 0808 002 0202

And then choose option 3

This happened to me on a visit to Ireland. O2 did not know why I couldn’t make a phone call but could use data. It turned out that I had asked for a bar on premium numbers and they applied the bar to international calls and text, hence my difficulty.
