Topped up my phone before the expirey date for the bundle roll over. Yesterday I received a message saying the the bundle roll over was successful. I am able to use my 4G and send texts however whenever I try to make a call I am put through to the top up service.

If it's a call to a number that is chargeable and not included in your allowances, you will be diverted.
For example calls to 0845 etc numbers or the police non emergency number.....
