I was given an old iPhone 6S by my daughter-in-law after she upgraded. The battery needed to be replaced and I have been trying to set it up for myself. I reinstalled the Apple software and transferred it to my name. It is locked into the O2 network and was told by this Community I needed to get an O2 SIM card to be able to get it unlocked. I received the SIM card today. But I cannot logon to the My O2 account and my logon attempts result in a message "Oops. My O2 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to O2 it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If longer than that, get in touch". Well, it has been 2 weeks now since I created the account and I am now trying to get in touch with someone who can help find out what's wrong with it. Who can do this?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Or call on 202 from your phone.
