Cannot connect to WiFi extra in the tube

Hello,

Before lockdown I was able to connect to WiFi extra but not anymore. I have changed my phone but the SIM is the same. Any ideas?

From other reports, it's currently not working.

I'd report it to O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Can you see the o2 WiFi Extra network?

Are you able to connect to the network name below:

Virgin Media WiFi

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu
