Can anybody help me to access my account to top up my phone please, my dad likes to see how much I am adding. I don't want to use my app.

Hi there,
If you're having trouble accessing your MyO2 account online you'll need to follow the instructions to reset your account online.
Head over to https://www.o2.co.uk/topup and select web top-up, you can then select 'forgotten username or password'.
If you have any issues resetting your account then you'll need to call customer services on 4445 from your mobile or 03448090222 from a landline.
