Hi,
I was a pay as you go customer with a rolling plan but have now have transferred my numbers using PAC codes and have them activated and working with another provider. I have also received my refund cheque in the mail for the remaining credit that was on my account. However I am still receiving notification messages from O2 about taking the next payment for my rolling plan... They can't because I removed my card from my O2 account but it is still a little annoying to keep getting these messages.
How do I 'fully and finally' close my account?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
