You should be able to cancel auto top up in My O2. Any problems, call customer service.

@Alan4 If moving from payg to pay monthly and keeping the same number it may auto cancel the auto topup as the number will no longer be payg just ask customer services before you do the move and any remaining credit should be applied to the pay monthly account
