I have a phone number on contract with O2 which I wish to cancel. It has not been used for over three months, the device is paid off but I'm still paying for usage which im not using. I have two other phones which I want to sontinue with. How can I cancel as the helpline isn't available. Thanks

Hey MI5,
Im trying to move my old number to my new o2 contract. Ive followed the online form yesterday but dont know if it will succeed as ive not received any confirmation from o2 that my number will be in place. What do i do please?

If you're moving O2 to O2 just call customer service to migrate your number.

Thanks but cant get through. My call always gets to the end where im advised to do it online. Its so frustrating
Which number to call and options to select pls?

Ok great... never have i ever been struggling with this before and although the network provider is great but im starting to become an unhappy customer.
