You dont need to cancel, just remove any cards linked to it for top ups from myo2 , and then the sim will just die a natural death.. 


Just to let you know there are no refunds on any unused credit on the sim card

Log in to your MyO2 and remove your card details to cancel any recurring payments.

O2, message O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

Your sim can be destroyed and will deactivate automatically.
