I phoned 22 may 2024 to cancel my payg to go with another provider.  I was told it would be cancelled.  But I've just received a email saying if I do nothing now my payg with carry on from 6 June. I have already changed providers so it needs cancelling otherwise a unessesary bill will rack up which I won't be able to pay. Nigel Waite

As it's PAYG you just need to cancel any auto top ups and stop using the sim.

Nothing else needed.

If you want to retain your number, get your PAC and give it to new provider.
