Hi how do i cancel my 02 bundle please? I would like a refund.

If you want to keep your number then you need a PAC to give to a new network

o2 only offer bundles on PAYG now @Shekha 

If you wanted a traditional pay as you go service (where you use your balance for calls and texts) then you will need to move to another provider - but there are not many that offer this type of service.
Tesco, Asda and 1p Mobile are the ones mentioned most often.

If you want to keep your number then you will need to get a PAC from o2 and give that to the new company.
