@Poori

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

If you're being charged for a phone you don't own you may have been scammed or be the victim of identity fraud.

How long have you been paying these sums to O2 for ?

Have you ever been an O2 customer ?

If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud - whether it’s because you’ve given details to someone over the phone, or clicked on a link in a suspicious text or email - we can give you advice on how to protect yourself. 👍

A  big jump to a scam @Oxonian  and yet more pee poor advice..

What has probably happened is that @Poori signed up for a Volt contract and to get the discounts and benefits that come with it, and now doesnt want the sim card, although they signed for it and even got emailed the details...  and more than likely threw the sim in the bin, thinking they didnt have to pay for it, if they didnt use it.

The OP when they cancel will see there VM service increase and then all benefits removed, and will be charged to the end of there o2 contract...

So many people thinking they can just cancel the o2 sim part of the contract with no reprecussions and throw the sim away thinking they wont be charged for it like idiots..
