Can't top up

Hi, I got 2 new PAYG SIM cards. 1 of them topped up fine with my visa debit card, the 2nd won't and I get an error message on the myo2 app. I then went and bought an e-voucher, and when I try top up on the automated phone line, that also fails to work? I am now stuck and can't top up. Any ideas?

The Myo2 app states

'We couldn’t process your payment
Sorry, it’s not been possible to take your payment. Your phone has not been topped up. Please try again or use another card. If the problem continues you’ll need to contact your bank.'

The automated phone line states 'something wasn't right there'

First top up has to be via voucher @eod1

If you are having problems with top ups even a voucher you buy from an ATM or corner shop etc, then you need to contact O2
