I’ve tried to top up my card - phone call and on the app - won’t work.
I got a voucher and that worked.
But why can’t I top up with my card (tried multiple cards/banks)

You need to register a card in your MyO2.

The first one needs to be done with a voucher. 
After that, you can register a card and top up online.

I already did top up with a voucher, that’s what I mean. That one worked. Now why won’t it let me top up by card after once topping up with a voucher.

How do I register a card? I can’t find anywhere on the app that says to do that. I already tried phoning 4444 and entering my card details that way.
