I used to be able to top up online easily until this last one, and now when I click on my main mob # this is where it takes me.  I thought maybe it was just my main mobile so tried another one but get the same outcome 😞 .  I also thought perhaps it was Firefox as I've had issues with it in the past regarding it blocking payment pages, but again, I tried it in Edge and still no joy!!  O2 tell me there's no issues their end so I'm sort of stumped to figure out what's changed.   They suggested I switch to Chrome but given my 2 browsers are pretty common & popular I can't see what difference switching to yet another one will really do.  And yes, I've done all the usual suggested fixes - caches, cookies, even a new FF Profile, & cleaned out temp files everywhere I could find.

Anyone else ever had this issue & got it solved?

Amazing how it just takes someone to suggest the obvious to make the difference - every time I'd logged in, I'd said NO to all the Cookies as I do with so many sites but O2 (unlike most other sites) doesn't make it's functional ones mandatory so once I agreed to those - yayyy!!!  Thank you SO much for your patience to deal with what you probably felt was the daftest question!!

My phone's not so great so I've no room for new apps just now but will see if I can delete something so as to get it on.  Thanks again! 😊
