Just got PAYG number. Says it can’t top up via the website and app. Help.

You need a voucher for first topup Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

It says on welcome leaflet with SIM card, ‘ top up any way you want’. Voucher not mentioned anywhere on documentation. But thanks will do.

Yeah, O2 don't admit it but once you've done the first topup you can then do it online.
