I can't sign in to the O2 app, but I could a week ago. When I sign in on the website it says there are no services linked to my account, but I already successfully added my phone number in a week ago. When I try to link my phone number now it can't find any products or services for my number.

You are going to have to call O2 CS on 4445 at around 08:10am in the morning, or ask via Social Media (link just below has Twitter and Facebook links for O2) for this, as it would appear to be related to something in your account setup, and nobody here can access your account, @Will_W4 - good luck!
