Can’t receive calls from numbers beginning with 03

Hi, I can’t receive incoming calls from my bank, nhs numbers, any that begin with 03. I’m disabled and really struggling now, doctors getting irritated with as says I don’t answer calls and 111 couldn’t call me back when I needed them??? Now this morning bank security verification call went straight to voicemail so I can’t get on my bank now. HELP PLEASE??????

You'll need to call O2 to check your account.

Numbers to try Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

This has been happening to me for a couple of years & i just found out why on the new iphone update. Go to phone>silence unknown callers! It says calls not saved in contacts will go to voicemail & silenced if you turn it on however it was doin it to people i did have saved but this has resolved it
