I can't make and receive calls. I'm in Poland, I charged £30 before leaving and my phone not working

Try manually selecting a different network. You need 3G to make and receive calls. Orange has closed down most of theirs

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
