Can't make calls from abroad

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me here as I don't seem to be able to contact O2 customer services. I'm abroad (Europe) and cannot make any phone calls either to the UK or any countries in Europe. I'm also not able to call O2 numbers (top up, customer services, etc). I have enough money on the account so that's not a problem. I travel regularly and this has never happened before. How can I resume making calls? Thanks in advance!

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
