I am a pay as you go customer but can’t log into my O2 app/web. I am getting this message
“Something went wrong.
Oops. My O2 isn't available to you yet.
If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready.
If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.”
Any help will be appreciated.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
