Hi, I purchased a Motorola e6s and SIM card but the SIM card holder is wrong and no other adaptor supplied. I have a standard SIM but can't make it fit and unable to remove back cover as no groove to open it, so I assume it shouldn't be removed. Do I need to be able to change batteries?

The sim card should be a 3 in 1 - meaning you can push out the middle to the size you need @Elmbow.
