I’m on a payg sim I have an STK 7 life. When I go into audio profiles click on general, then edit, then sim 1 02 it’s telling me (there is not a ring tone that can be used) can anyone help? Thanks

I have a copy of the manual. However following the instruction media storage doesn’t come up, there nothing there for me to click on.

Have you saved any ringtones to your phone at all?
Try an app called "zedge" off play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.zedge.android
