Im abroad and can't use my travel bolt on because of my spend cap, and I can't find the live chat function on the O2 website anywhere to increase the cap. Does anyone know where to find it? The contact us pages just take you round in a circular way!!! Very annoying!!

O2 travel charges are excluded from spend caps so that's not the issue.
You may have an international bar on your account though.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
