Solved: Can't do outgoing calls and text while abroad

I am in Pakistan having my O2 pay as you go number 07936907993. When trying to call or text, having voice message that your call facility is temporarily disconnected. Even I can top up as having voucher of 10 pounds but unable to dial 4444 or *4444#. Kindly check why my calls or text facility is unavailable. I only getting incoming texts

You'll need extra credit to make calls and send texts and it is advisable to have O2 Travel activated for discounted rates.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
