I can't get to the co-op in our village to top up as I am in isolation. I have tried calling 3 times now and every time it said you call can't be answered and hung up. I have also tried live chat on My O2 but that just said it was closed. My plan has nearly run out and I need my phone more than ever at the moment. And before anyone says it, I cant top up with a card on my O2 as I only have a cash card.

Alternatively, have you a neighbour or friend nearby who could get the voucher for you?

You need to have no contact, just ask someone, money can be left in safe place in an envelpe and the voucher returned the same way?
