Camera signal

Hello, we purchased a camera to go in a shed. It is on a PAYG sim which came with £10 credit and 6GB data. The camera worked absolutely fine for 3 days at the start of October and since can't find connection. It will go online when you're next to it and you connect it to Mi-Fi but not on its own accord. We have a booster just outside of the shed too to assist and still it's not doing anything. We paid a lot of money for the camera and would like to know what's going on with the data and it not being online. There is plenty of data available on the sim. Sim is obviously in the camera. Have you spoken to the people who support the camera at all? As there maybe some settings missing
