Solved: Calls unconnected

I'm in Spain I have £5 credit on pay as you go . I can't make any calls out or receive calls .

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.

Thank you 😊 I have topped up phone so now I have £15 I've checked my tariff, I've updated phone and re boot it and still no joy . I can't even call customer service 🙄 I will ring them from my partner's phone . Thank you for your help
