Hi, recently changed to o2 last night thinking it’ll be a good idea, no. Since switching my calls drop after 5 mins I can’t even speak to o2 on the phone as it drops mid convo. I purchased a £10 top up to get 7gb data plus 20gb on the company which I never received. With the tariff it now has been removed so I lost my money from the top up.

Yes mate I’ve checked, nothing wrong here, I’ve just noticed that the tariff I paid for last night has been removed from my account, so I’ve paid for a pack and it got added then removed the next morning
