I have been with o2 for many years.i have had problems with calls for over 6 weeks now.My husband and son has to.everycall only lasts 1 minutes inbound and outbound.All I'm getting told is that they are on the case.mum has topped up 10 on the 7th of September and now she is getting told its not went through so she has no money in her phone.What is going on?
You may need a new sim. You can order one online or by going instore.
You could also ask for one at the same time as you and your Mum phone to ask about the missing credit. Check the bank about that to see if any charge has been made.
