I have a bundle with credit but can't call abroad. Why?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 4445 as there could be a premium bar on your account

@Mick10 If you want to avoid calling charges for numbers abroad, download WhatsApp, or Skype, or Facebook Messenger, or Facetime (if you have an iPhone). Make sure that whoever you're calling has one of those apps as well, and you can call using your WiFi for free.
