When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

I already bought the voucher from them but I can't reach 4444 or 4445 to load... If you buy the voucher and email is sent with the code and you have to call 4444 or 4445 to load... And I am not reaching any of those lines so I need tech support to load it with the info I provide
