Calling 4444 to top up voucher says call barred

Been trying to top up using o2 voucher but when I dial 4444 it says my call is restricted, currently on roaming services. Need help asap

Then you need to call O2 on 4445. Or use a voucher for now

I have tried all their help lines, even thier abroad helpline, I have a voucher but can't reach them to top up

When I say I tried all help lines that means 4445 too and I have the voucher already how do I top up if I can't reach any of the helplines

I#'m not sure why you can't top up using either of those lines? I've just tried 4444 and it's working for me.

You have a few options.

Top up via the web WEB TOP UP 

Go instore and top up with them

I am currently not in the UK I think that's why I can't reach them, is there no other way to load the voucher? Also is there no one from tech here who can load the voucher to my account if I provide them with the info?

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

8 am UK time is the best time to call.

I already bought the voucher from them but I can't reach 4444 or 4445 to load... If you buy the voucher and email is sent with the code and you have to call 4444 or 4445 to load... And I am not reaching any of those lines so I need tech support to load it with the info I provide
