O2 still need to keep regulatory and legally required data for upto 6 years, you do have a right to have any other personal data deleted.  but Name, DOB etc are probably classed as required data

This can be done by contacting the Data Protection Team - https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-yo...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@joules If your account was Pay Monthly O2 needs to keep the account in its database for several years for legal reasons. To be honest I don't know how many years, but if you've fully paid what you owe there's nothing for you to be concerned about. Eventually it will be deleted from the database.

@joules If you don't make a chargeable call or send a text or use any data for six months the card will just become inactive.
