Tried FREE10 to 21500 as on leaflet on sim card. Got a text saying offer isnt for me?

They should be able to add it manually for you. Call again and speak to a different adviser @Sas

Hi @Sas , 

Seems to be a few people experiencing delays with this. When did you do it? I would suggest waiting up to 24  hours before calling customer services and keep switching your phone off and on.
