Can someone please help me, my big bundle runs out on 31/3/20 to keep it going I pay £10 a month, however., I put my £10 on about 2 days ago. Now phone says I have £8.50 balance. So don't understand why I'm being charged when my bundle doesn't run out untill tomorrow. And does that mean I have lost the £10 roll over I put on earlier. Please can someone help me resolve this as I live on my own this is my only contact and I suffer with mental health issues so I need contact. Being trying since yesterday to try and speak to someone at O2 but no joy with everything that's going on. Thank you.

You must have used some credit since you topped up either by making a chargeable call, text or using data outside of your allowances.

You will need to top up again to cover the requirement of your bundle tomorrow to regain your allowances.
