Bundle has ran out but I haven’t used it

Hi I have been sent a message saying my bundle has ran out but I have called 4444 and it has stated I still have 15GB left and I have checked my data usage on my settings and it does not exceed the 15GB allowance

@Celine2 Hi, the bundle lasts for a month then you have to buy another one.

If you have an offer such as extra data then a text will be sent once the base data has been used
