I topped up by £10 but £5 was deducted for a bundle, how can I cancel the bundle & get my money back?

Unless you are on Classic PAYG (which is no longer sold) then you will be on a big bundle plan, so the charges could be correct.
If you want to ask what plan your sim in on, then either login to myO2 or call 4445

Your £5 bundle gives you unlimited calls and texts to all standard UK numbers but no data allowance. If you can use wifi for data it's a very cheap bundle which is also no longer available to new customers.
