Bought a £10 bundle, along with a PAYG sim.

Bundle is unlimited minutes/texts and 7GB data.
My minutes and texts work fine, but my data does not work at all.

I've tried enabling my MBB number, found on the plastic holder the sim was attached to, but it is 13 digits long and i can only input 12.

Am i inputting the wrong number? Or is there another issue here?

Called and they said they can see it their end, and that it was just activated so thats atleast a small relief.

They said it may just be taking a while to enable itself, will ring back tomorrow if nothing changes.

Narrowed the issue down to a faulty sim card, which is probably true as it had been in a drawer in the pack for a while.

Waiting for new sim to arrive, will update once it does
