Bose headphone claims for huawei p20 pro

Hi all,

Has anyone been successful with delivery of their free bose headphones in conjunction with the p20 and p20 Pro preorders. I have had mine validated but heard nothing else since then. There are stories doing the rounds that some have turned up out of the blue without any tracking details etc.

Hi @bwfcmad21 If your claim has been validated then you need to chase it up with the promoter. All info here

I received a text from o2 saying the claim for the headphones had been done but i didn't do it myself is this anyone else's experience or should I have done it myself and now I have missed it

As far as I'm aware, any O2 promotions have to be claimed by the customer.

Once your claim has been validated by O2, then you should have done it via the link I proviided above @Zanderdia

(It takes you to the claim section on the Huawei website. ...you should have clicked on the Claim Now section)

You could phone Huawei and ask what your chances are of getting them now. I doubt it will be successful but worth a shot?
