Boost Your Data was 7GB now 20GB - help!

I paid £10 for a PAYG SIM, which says "boost your data get 3 months extra on us - was 7GB, now 20GB".

So I activated it, I've got the 7GB but I can't find out how to boost it to get the 20GB. I've phoned up numerous times, and been advised differently each time.

I was told to text MORE to 2424, but that hasn't worked. I was told to join O2 Rewards and then text MORE to 2424. That didn't work either.

Does anyone know what to do?

Nothing you can do @doryingrey27 .

Sainsbury's obviously have old stock they haven't sold and should now take them off sale.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I believe that offer ended at the end of December last year.

@doryingrey27

Here are the T&C's and as I thought, ended 28th December last year:

Get 20GB for the price of 7GB when you activate your sim by 28 December

Your Big Bundle tariff value is the minimum monthly credit balance or top up required to activate and renew bundle. Bundle will continue to automatically renew on your bundle renewal date if you have sufficient credit. If bundle does not renew, standard charges apply. You can switch bundles once a month to take effect from your bundle renewal date. UK calls/texts to standard UK landlines and mobiles and when roaming in our Europe Zone. Special and out of bundle numbers chargeable. Unused credit not refundable.

Get more data for up to 3 consecutive months on the £10, £15 and £30 Big Bundles, then reverts to standard data allowance. Offer will be applied automatically for all first-time customers of Big Bundle. Existing customers with an eligible Big Bundle must text “MORE” to 2424 from their O2 Pay As You Go phone to activate the offer by 28th December 2022. Your credit balance must be at least the Big Bundle tariff value on your monthly renewal date for 3 consecutive months to renew bundle and benefit from the offer for 3 months. If you switch to a non-eligible Bundle during the 3 months, you will no longer be part of the promotion and will not get the promotional data allowances once your current Bundle has expired. Data rollover not available on any promotional data. Offer excludes the £20 Big Bundle tariff as well as any other tariffs, including Classic Pay As You Go. Ends 28th December 2022.

Fair usage policy and terms apply, see o2.co.uk/terms

Europe Zone data only.

@doryingrey27

I would call 4445 to check then but I think that's just sim expiry, not for the offer.

That explains why no one at O2 has been able to help resolve...

But I'm not remotely sure what to do now. I only bought it for this reason.
